JOB DESCRIPTION:
TYME GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIZES IN PROVIDING REMOTE LABOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SOLUTIONS FOR A WIDE RANGE OF INDUSTRIES FROM HOSPITALITY TO HEALTH CARE AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECRUITING AND ONBOARDING PROCESSES, MANAGING HR ADMINISTRATION, AND ADDRESSING EMPLOYEE MATTERS. KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR LAWS AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, POLICIES & PROCEDURES, AND BEST PRACTICES AS WELL AS RECOMMENDING CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT.
TGT IS A FULLY REMOTE COMPANY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN HR GENERALIST WHO LIVES IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS PREPARED TO WORK ON A PRIMARILY EAST COAST SCHEDULE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement all human resource policies, procedures, and structures throughout the organization.
Managing and/or supporting the recruitment process by running the hiring process, which includes job posts, coordinating third parties, reviewing resumes, performing interviews and reference checks, to ensure the success of the search.
Monitoring the effectiveness of the process of onboarding new resources.
Coordinating with payroll provider and dealing with employee payroll matters.
Staying up-to-date and complying with changes in labor legislation and ensuring compliance with legal and social standards.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
Creating efficiency in the analysis and use of HR data and systems.
Developing strong employee relationships to better understand their aspirations and plan career paths.
Help the company develop and implement cultural organization initiatives and programs.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related Human Resources field
3-5 years related HR experience
Proven success with developing organizational policies and human resources procedures.
Ability to prioritize and complete work with little supervision and under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must
Preference for a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
