U-BUILD Tiny Homes is seeking a Remote Social Media Marketer to join our Marketing Team. Your task will be to post ADs/Listings within different Social Media Platforms to attract clients that are interested in Tiny Homes on Wheels and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). You will be given access to our Team Portal; which includes training videos, a gallery that contains the photos you will need when posting, and the page you can access for verbiage to go with each photo.

This role will grant you with great flexibility; allowing you to maintain your current occupation, and post

on your own free time. Your currently unemployed? Even better!! Make a few bucks with us during your

online job hunt. Honestly, who could say no to a super easy side hustle.

And did I mention it’s super easy! You post, wait for interested clients to contact you (we have FAQs

available and a Marketing Manager that will assist you every step of the way), and once they do, you will

simply submit their contact information into our system. Our sales team will then take it from there by

either calling and/or emailing the potential client to determine if they are genuinely interested in

building. If your potential client decides to move forward with the purchase of either one of our Tiny

Homes on Wheels or Accessory Dwelling Unit services, you will receive a sale commission $1000. With

good consistency, some of our Marketers are currently making $2000-$5000 a month!

If you are the type of person who is computer savvy, well knowledgeable of phone and tablet devices,

and love using social media platforms (i.e Facebook, Twitter, etc…) why not get paid while doing so?

We also have a “Highest Lead Submission” incentive EVERY WEEK!

• First Place: $60

• Second Place: $30

• Third Place: $15

as Management, so you do not feel alone marketing with us. We will assist you with your

communication with the clients, answer any and all of your questions, and have FUN!!
