    AUDIO VISUAL SPECIALIST

    $59,097 TO $96,117*, SAN FRANCISCO CA

    Do you want to apply your audio and video production and editing skills? Are you interested in working in an AV environment with consistent wages and comprehensive benefits? The Information Technology Unit, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, is seeking a talented Audio Visual Specialist to join our team.

    REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

    • Provides AV support for Court hearings and events including conferences, meetings, and ceremonies;
    • Maintains and operates Courtroom audio and video equipment, video teleconference systems, streaming media systems, and peripheral technology;
    • Edits and publishes audio and visual content for public hearings;
    • Provides audio and video services and technical support to Court staff and Judges; and
    • Assists with management of the Court's electronic calendar and events scheduling system

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Recording/sound engineering degree, or related field; and two years of progressively responsible work experience providing technical or engineering support in AV or IT; general knowledge of computer, audio, video, and networking technology; passionate about AV and providing a high level of customer support

    • Salary*: Depending on qualifications and experience, $59,097 to $96,117 (CL 27)
