The Marketing Events & Project Coordinator will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards, in addition to the coordination of various marketing projects.
- Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking
- Understanding the complex needs of different events, and diverse clients.
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.
- Develop, manage, and prioritize schedules for marketing team to ensure projects are on time based on company strategy.
- Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with internal creative, design, product, sales, and marketing teams as well as with supporting digital agencies and contractors.
- Monitor project progress by tracking timelines, route work for approvals, track changes, communicate changes and project status, resolve roadblocks.
- Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications.
- Identify potential opportunities at the local level and create campaigns to capitalize on those opportunities

- Assist in new product marketing campaign timelines and launch events.
- Provide ongoing support to the Marketing team to coordinate special events and brand activations.

Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, hospitality management or related field.
Required Experience
- At least three years of experience in event planning and/or marketing
