The Staff Accountant is responsible for management of the treasury process including tracking and reconciliation of cash receipts and completion of monthly bank reconciliations; completion of all journal entries and reconciliations for the fixed assets process; management of non-patient accounts receivable processes (invoicing, payment posting); support of the month-end close process and the preparation of the financial statements; and preparation of internal financial reports and analysis. In addition, the Staff Accountant assists the accounting team with various administrative duties.

Required Skills Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and two (2) years related experience required.  Must be accurate, able to work independently, and detail oriented. Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in healthcare is desired but not required for the role.
