Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Sales Support to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate proposals as a follow up to field technician service visits
• Act as liaison between sales team and customers
• Provide office support to the sales team
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure jobs have proper materials

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated
• Deadline and detail-oriented
