CLASSIFICATION: Level 1 / Class Code 1635 / Non-Exempt / Full-Time / Represented
ANTICIPATED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $23/hour – $29/hour (commensurate with qualifications)
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Academic Program Services, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing instructional, administrative and program support to faculty, faculty-led research and other programmatic centers including general administrative support to the academic program. The Administrative Coordinator will demonstrate excellent customer skills, possess superior organization skills, and maintains impeccable attention to detail. The incumbent will be capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a team player.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide instructional and program support, including but not limited to:
SUPPORT OF ACADEMIC PROGRAMS INVOLVING FACULTY (50%)
INDIVIDUAL FACULTY SUPPORT (50%)
