JOB SUMMARY
Mann Packing is looking for a highly motivated SAP Sales & Distribution Analyst to join our team. The SAP SD Analyst is responsible for providing functional support, including participating in gathering requirements, solution recommendations and designing, testing, documentation, and end-user training. This Analyst will report to the IT Manager, Application and must have the ability to effectively interface with business users, developers, other support team members and senior management.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP OTC/SD (Order to Cash / Sales and Distribution)
- Understanding, gathering and document business requirements
- Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives
- Configuration, Unit and Integration testing & create context charts, process flow documents, business requirement documents, as needed
- Resolution of cross functional issues with different user groups and SAP teams
- Preparation of functional specifications for conversions and enhancements
- Coordination with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
- Provide user training where appropriate
- Partner with business counterparts in the Sales, Billing/AR, and Finance areas to enable industry best practices and SAP best practices
- Complete Sales and Distribution Support issues & develop documentation
- Communicate on issues and solution alternatives to users
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end
- Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence

EDUCATIONAL & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable
- 4+ years of experience with SAP ERP System
- Experience with the primary applications found in SD - Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Rebates, Condition Records, Inter-company, Customer Master Data.
- Completed at least 3 full cycle implementation – desirable
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills, Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple projects
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Ability to change directions quickly, multi-task and learn new system functionality quickly
- Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally
- Enjoyment from collaborating with others in team environment
