POSITION SUMMARY: The Office of Pupil Transportation is dedicated to providing the students of New York City with safe, clean transportation. OPT is charged with administering all operational and administrative functions throughout the office. With an overall budget of $1.19 billion, the Office of Pupil Transportation provides the students of New York City with safe, clean transportation.
The Quality Assurance Specialist Trainee will be trained to inspect the quality of transportation services we provide to the students of New York City. Performs related work.
REPORTS TO: Associate Quality Assurance Specialist
DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Relationships will be fostered with other Education Analysts, managers, and staff.

MINIMUM
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent.
PREFERRED
SALARY: $29,875+
(Internal candidates who are selected for this position and who currently hold comparable or less senior positions within the DOE will not make less than their current salary.)
