College degree with a major in discipline relevant to working with people of all ages with disabilities, i.e., special education, speech therapy, rehabilitation counseling, psychology. Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator within the State of Arkansas (or licensee within 90 days of accepting position). Certified/designated as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional by the Office of Long Term Care (or receive certification/designation within 90 days of accepting position).
