    Our office is located on University Park across the UTC Mall Area in Sarasota, FL. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm EST.

    *Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

    SALES RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The Recruiter identifies locations for opportunity ad placement.

    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, and performing phone/virtual interviews.

    • Source candidates using a variety of search methods.

    • The Recruiter maintains candidate database to build a robust and current candidate pipeline.

    • Responsible for the maintenance of job descriptions and job ads and requirements in partnership with direct manager.

    • Host candidate experience from application to onboarding through the training completion process

    • Facilitate the contract process by extending offers and monitoring contracting process in partnership with direct manager.

    • Responsible for onboarding and new hire process.

    • The Recruiter conducts background checks as needed.

    • Facilitate and monitor training process to ensure completion.

    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with company policies.

    • The Recruiter maintains a team environment to ensure unity that creates a platform to manage best practices and open forum for sharing information.

    SALES RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years’ experience in recruiting or employee placement.

    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Comfortable making screening assessments based on the criteria requirements.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other CRM systems.

    • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.

    • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
