A National Insurance Marketing Company is seeking to fill a Recruiter position in our Home Office in Sarasota, Florida.

We are a 40-year-old established Insurance agency operating in 45 states.

Ideal candidate will be a solid professional, who is organized and competent to fill this position.

RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communicational, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to making screening assessments based on the criteria requirements
• Comfortable recruiting for multiple states
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Demonstrated ability to hire 1099 contractors
• Sales background is a plus

FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Office hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:30pm.
