The Membership Sales Advisor will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits. The Membership Sales Advisor is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. Our Membership Sales Advisors are expected to meet and exceed personal revenue targets issued by management through both internal and external events, prospecting, professional tours and strong sales closing skillsets.UFC GYM is the ultimate MMA-inspired fitness experience. • Proficient knowledge of sales practices and techniques. • General understanding of Fitness Industry and of the UFC Brand • Ability to work with computers, social media platforms and CRM software• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Must have excellent customer service skills • Coachable, self-motivated with strong organizational skills. • Must be a team player. Minimum certifications/educational level: • High school degree or GED required. • Must complete company sales training and orientation program. Minimum experience: • 1-2 years sales experience preferred. • Experience working in a large gym is a bonus
