ATTENTION BJJ COACHES The UFC is HIRING!!

The UFC is searching for top tier energetic talent for the new premier fitness and training facility in the Park City Mall in Lancaster. This position is for 3 hrs on Saturdays only and may increase to additional hours and days as memberships and class participation increases. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coaches are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service through class, small group and 1-on-1 instruction.

Coaches will work to build relationships with members/class attendees to ensure a quality fitness experience while also identifying private 1-on-1 coaching opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote and conduct private and small group training with members.

Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.

Ensure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking and workout programs.

Conduct guest tours, and complete member sales as opportunities arise.

Execute an effective prospecting strategy by performing “Starter Sessions” and "Gym/Fitness Orientations"

Member Experience

Focus on CHANGING LIVES through offering superior Service, Science and Sales.

Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.

Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces.

Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.

Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions

Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.

Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Required Experience:

Minimum of Purple Belt, but Brown belt or higher is preferred

BJJ Belt Certificate

BJJ lineage verification

MMA tournament record (preferred)

Grappling tournament record (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of training/coaching experience
