    · Understand our Health Plans.

    · Provide answers and solutions to our members’ benefit questions.

    Note: This position does include a requirement to be on the phones up to 7 hours per day.

    · A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service

    · Strong communication and organization skills

    · Experience with the Microsoft Office
