    We are seeking an experienced licensed Real Estate Agent bilingual in English/Mandarin with the natural ability to sell for our highly successful and rapidly growing real estate company. We have a very unique business model and are looking to expand our operations. The ideal candidate will be willing and ready to take on buyers and listings that are generated by our lead platform.  We offer the training and support you need for success.We expect our Real Estate Agents to take ownership of their leads. In return, we offer on-site workspace or flexible work from home options available. Your schedule is determined by you and we provide support when you need it. Work when and where you want as long as you make time to attend group meetings and maintain your numbers. • You will work remotely and have complete control of your schedule and financial success after the initial training period. • Work with experienced professionals in an environment that challenges you to grow. • Actively respond to our continuous flow of incoming warm leads. Responsibilities: What will make you successful? • You will take ownership of the leads our Filter Team assigns to you by determining how well a property fits into our target profile • Contact warm lead property sellers and set appointments or attend appointments set by our Filter Team. • Continuous learning • Prospect for cold leads and increase your commission potential • Join our daily morning scrum; a 30-minute conference call which will give you the opportunity to ask questions, collaborate with colleagues and learn what’s new in the company Qualifications: Are we the right fit for each other? This is our ideal team member. • Real Estate license and buyer's agent experience is a must. Preferred experience includes the full-cycle of representing buyers or sellers and handling contracts, negotiations, and closing. • Organizational Real Estate Agent Skills. A naturally organized person who has an effective way to keep track of leads to grow real estate business. Paperwork, scheduling the closing, coordinating financing, all requires organization to keep the transaction on track. • Honesty and Tact. Follow ethical practices in all of transactions to gain a reputation of being a trustworthy, honest agent. Offer honest advice to help clients make decisions they're happy with in the end. • Problem Solving and Resourcefulness. Be good at handling the many difficult situations that arise when buying and selling properties. A big part of this is having strong negotiation skills. • Self-Motivation and Persistence. Keep working hard even when you're just beginning or when sales are down. Top-producing agents track down all possible leads to get as many sales as possible. Work strategically, figuring out which strategies work best and stay current on the local market and adjust strategies as needed to fit into the market. • Effective communication skills. You need to be able to adjust your communication to fit the situation to develop stronger relationships with different kinds of customers. • Take ownership of your income. It will be up to you to set and attend appointments and, most importantly, follow up long-term. • Computer applications are a huge part of our work. Real Estate Agents must be able to learn new software and have experience with standard programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Docusign and Dropbox. Previous experience with MLS and Real Estate CRM’s is a plus. Compensation: $65,000 + (Commission Based)
