    We're building a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) studio within Fat Earth to harness the power of creators and platform-native content for performance-driven campaigns. To help lead that charge, we're looking for a UGC Creative Strategist — a creative thinker, performance marketer, and social media native all in one.

    About the Role

    The UGC Creative Strategist is responsible for developing high-performing UGC ad concepts that blend creator authenticity with strategic performance goals. You'll lead creative ideation, brief creators and editors, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize what works.

    This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and cultural insight — perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what stops a scroll, and understands how to turn those moments into measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    Creative Strategy & Ideation

    • Develop creative concepts and content strategies for UGC campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

    • Translate client goals, data insights, and trend research into clear, actionable creative briefs.

    • Identify storylines, hooks, and visual styles that drive performance.

    • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creators to bring concepts to life.

    • Maintain creative quality and brand alignment across all deliverables.

    Performance Analysis & Optimization

    • Review campaign performance data to understand which creative variables (hooks, pacing, visuals, messaging) are driving results.

    • Use insights to iterate and refine future briefs and content direction.

    • Partner with Media Buyers and Creative Strategists to ensure creative and performance goals are tightly aligned.


    Creator Collaboration

    • Work closely with the UGC Coordinator to guide creative direction during sourcing and production.

    • Provide creative feedback on creator submissions to ensure high-quality, on-brief content.

    • Contribute to building Fat Earth's creator playbook — outlining best practices, trends, and winning formats.

    Research & Trend Forecasting

    • Stay plugged into TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends — identifying emerging creative formats, editing styles, and hooks that can inspire new campaigns.

    • Monitor competitor ads and platform innovations to keep creative direction fresh and competitive.

    • Lead internal brainstorms and knowledge shares on UGC trends and performance learnings.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or paid social performance marketing (agency or brand side).

    • Proven experience conceptualizing and directing high-performing UGC ads.

    • Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and short-form video culture.

    • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable creative insights.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment where feedback and data shape the creative process.

    • Familiarity with creator economy platforms (Modash, Grin, Aspire, etc.) a plus.

    • Basic video editing or production knowledge (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) a plus.
