    Leads, marketing support, and full training provided. Medicare is a much needed client service providing the licensed agent with supplemental monthly residual income on every plan.

    COMPENSATION:

    • Every plan pays the CMS maximum commissions. Up to $573.00, with 1/1/2022 effective date, plus each plan has a $23.91 MONTHLY residual that is payable for the life of the member.
    • DSNP-Dual Special Needs Plans (MAPD w/out cost sharing or premiums) and our Medicare Supplement insurance contracts both offer year-round selling opportunities, these products are not limited to AEP and OEP enrollment period.
    • An average annual residual increases $15,000 every year.
    • FULL AND PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE. An average part-time agent sells 25-50 plans a year and an average full-time agent enrolls 100-150 plans a year and top producing agents enroll 250-300 a year.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Health Insurance license is required to apply for this position
    • Current active E and O policy required. (cost for E/O is approx. 35.00/mo.) (equivalent to the commission typically earned on 1 enrollment.)
    • Build relationships, renewals and cross-selling opportunities, i.e. rollover, LTC opportunities, or PC business for multitasking agents offering multiple product lines and customer services.
