A fast-growing robotics and AI company is building intelligent automation solutions that combine robotics, computer vision, and machine learning to solve real-world challenges in a traditionally underserved industry. .
This role is highly customer-focused and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with engineering teams and direct interaction with end users to design intuitive, real-world interfaces.
Your Role
· Conduct user research, field studies, and usability testing with customers and operators
· Translate user needs into intuitive UX and visually polished UI designs
· Lead end-to-end design efforts across customer-facing software products
· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
· Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity design deliverables
· Iterate on designs based on user feedback and real-world testing
· Travel to customer sites to observe workflows and gather insights (up to 25%)
What You’ll Design
· Interfaces for users interacting with intelligent hardware systems
· Customer-facing dashboards and operational tools
· Workflow-driven software experiences for field-based users
· End-to-end product design from research through implementation
Your Profile
· 6+ years of UX/UI design experience
· Strong proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
· Experience designing user-centered software applications
· Strong portfolio demonstrating full design lifecycle (research → execution)
· Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
