Job Title: UI/UX Specialist

Position Overview:

The UI/UX Specialist plays a crucial role in our digital advertising and marketing agency, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our direct-to-consumer clients. This position involves designing user-centered interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms that drive conversions and enhance brand engagement. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven insights to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications

• Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and project managers

• Create and maintain design systems and style guides

• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback

• Optimize designs for conversion rates and user engagement

• Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices in the digital marketing landscape

• Contribute to the agency's design strategy and innovation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
