Position Summary: The Business Development Representative at UIG Tanks will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to secure new business, building strong relationships within the industrial construction sector, and contributing to the growth of the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders in the industrial construction arena.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiations to successfully acquire new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering firms to introduce product lines and ensure the specification of our products in relevant projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prequalify UIG Tanks' brands with general contractors and owners.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through methods such as prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Identify potential field representatives and dealers to expand the reach of UIG Tanks' products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to showcase products and network effectively.
• Organize and host informative lunch and learn sessions to educate potential clients on our offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights from the market that contribute to product and strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the industrial or construction sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Willingness to travel to attend trade shows, client meetings, and other relevant events.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
