We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Construction & Engineering, Storage Tanks, to join our team!

It would be a plus if the person joining us should be familiar with interacting with engineers, developers, contractors, and end-users in the sectors such as Data Centers, Food Processing Plants, Water & Wastewater, Solar Farms, and Power Generation Centers.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Enjoy engaging people on the phone, in person, and through email.
• Be able to positively promote our products and services by understanding the technical aspects of our products and being able to relay the information to the client.
• Excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
• Be able to travel frequently
• Quickly gain market knowledge. Have knowledge of the industrial construction industry.
• Have excellent prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
• Have a good sense of professionalism
• Excellent grammar and spelling

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and contact new business leads daily.
• Follow-up with previous contacts weekly through direct reach and news blasts.
• Liaise with engineering firms, major national/international companies with multiple locations, government agencies, and others to approve UIG products in their specifications.
• Close new business deals by coordinating project requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; create detailed definitions of contract requirements, and assisting others in understanding the nature of work, level of effort required, net value of an opportunity, and timelines/schedules associated with a potential contract.
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Work independently, or as a member of a team, with President, Project Managers, and senior members to provide business and management assistance, identify issues, and work to achieve positive corporate outcomes.

This position may be remote for out of area candidates after a one-month training at our office in Lake Forest. Accommodations will be paid by the company during this period.
