Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Office Coordinator to join our great team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the company President with special projects
• Contact engineers, general contractors and others via email or phone
• Answer light inbound telephone calls and assist onsite guests
• Assist with filing of internal documents inhouse and through cloud server
• Assist with light bookkeeping
• Keep track of bidding and project deadlines.
• Review documents and extract relevant information for the team.
• Assist team members with online research and recovery.
• Perform all other office tasks such as retrieving mail, keeping office stocked, maintaining plants, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as executive assistant or office coordinator
• Ability to work on multiple projects throughout the day, prioritizing the most urgent tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Wants to keep learning everyday.
• Prior experience reading contracts a plus
• Notary license a plus
