Job Description

Join the UIG team working beside our Senior Project Managers in our Lake Forest CA location.

Project Coordinators responsibilities include regular communication with engineers, vendors, dealers and customers to create proposals, review plans and specifications, generate quotes and respond to customer requests.

Some travel may be necessary to visit job sites, vendors and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review plans and specifications, generate proposals, provide direction and handle customer questions.
• Follow-up with engineers, general contractors, owners and vendors regarding project status and deliverables.
• Generate requests for engineering design and estimates to outside vendors based on customer requirements
• Review estimates and prepare final proposals.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical/construction plans and specifications.
• Experience using AutoCAD required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both on the phone and via email.
• Experience with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs.
• General knowledge of construction procedures and processes
