    As a Sales Engineer at UJET, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest people in Customer Support. In this role, you'll partner with Sales to identify the business challenges of prospective clients and map their organizational needs to the capabilities of UJET's industry-leading platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that challenges you to grow both personally and professionally. This position will be working from our headquarters in San Francisco.


    • Collaborate with Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pain points
    • Demonstrate the value proposition of the UJET platform and solutions through highly customized product demonstrations
    • Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers
    • Provide responses to RFPs and RFIs, and assist in responding to security questionnaires
    • Leverage knowledge of the product and development teams to create scalable technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept use cases for the Sales Engineering team
    • Support the Sales and Sales Engineering teams by creating and developing customer-facing journeys and demonstrations


    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years' business experience with at least 2 years in a client-facing sales, presales, consulting, or technical architect role, preferably selling cloud solutions to support, sales, or marketing organizations -- experience selling support, CRM or other SaaS solutions is highly desired
    • Hands-on experience working with one or more popular CRM system (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, SAP, Service Now, etc.)
    • Experience providing solutions to customers
    • Proven team player – knows how a great team functions and scales
    • Proficiency in learning new web-based software solutions
    • Experience with technology stacks including CRM, communication platforms, analytics, personalization technologies, and homegrown customer databases
    • Proficiency in learning new web-based software solutions
    • Highly dependable, self-starter, and high energy with a positive attitude
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
