    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be proactive in maintaining office appearance, bring energy and excitement to the team and take the initiative on tasks and projects
    • Coordinate the office visitors' calendar
    • Handle the reception/entrance area - greeting, welcoming, registering and directing all visitors whilst maintaining a professional image
    • Handle mail and deliveries
    • Responsible for facilities management and coordination with the property manager
    • Responsible for overseeing day porter's schedule and duties
    • Take inventory and manage the ordering of food and supplies to make sure the office and kitchen are fully stocked at all times
    • Keep budgets up to date, track expenses, and reduce waste of resources where it is possible
    • Liaise with suppliers
    • Responsible for ensuring that the lunch program runs smoothly
    • Responsible for preparing welcome kit/desks for new hires
    • Responsible for issuing keycard access and handling fob inventory
    • Help set-up/clean-up for special events
    • Assist in the coordination of UJET office events
    • Ad hoc projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS Degree
    • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience working in a high growth organization
    • Ability to think outside the box and work in a fast-paced, shifting, non-structured environment
    • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
    • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's success
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
