    OPPORTUNITY

    We are looking for an experienced data product specialist to join our team. You will be on the front lines helping to ensure our customers are successful at getting the maximum value from our data products. Engaging with our customers requires a capable analytical mindset, problem solving ability, and great communication skills. We are looking for a team player who is analytical, technically inclined and excels at cross functional collaboration. Our culture is high energy, with a true cross functional team focus on customer success. Our office is located in the heart of San Francisco's SoMa District.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute plans to ensure customer success for the data domain
    • Provide proactive support for customer onboarding; i.e. educating new customers about the UJET data model and our dashboards
    • Provide in depth data support for our customers by answering questions, reviewing UJET reporting features, and resolving outstanding issues
    • Collaborate closely with product, analytics and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
    • Proactively collect feedback and gather requirements from customers 
    • Turn customer feedback into actionable recommendations for our data and product team
    • Ensure product related bugs are vetted and prioritized
    • Craft easy to understand support content (e.g. data dictionary, internal and external documentation)
    • Assist with the launch and communication of data analysis and presentation features
    • Understand and speak to our customers' long-term and short-term business goals

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience working in a technical support or data support role for a SaaS product
    • 2+ years of experience working on a data product
    • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to organize and work independently with rapidly changing priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Refined interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand data models and 
    • Ability to assess validity of data and reports
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and maintain composure and tact in high-pressure situations
    • Passion for providing services and experiences that exceed expectations
    • Experience with CRM software and customer support technology desired but not mandatory
    • Ability to inspire customer adoption of the UJET platform
