    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
    • 3-5+ years' experience with enterprise software application support
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
    • Excellent customer-friendly verbal and written communication skills
    • Practical understanding of VoIP applications
    • TCP/IP Networking knowledge
    • Knowledge of PBX, IVR and other call center related technology
    • Familiarity with CRMs, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
    • Experience with Saas applications
    • Development experience in any language
    • Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish; able to support Mexico, LATAM, and South American customers

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a member of the UJET Customer Success Engineer team, you will:

    • Work independently to identify, manage and resolve issues for UJET customers by understanding the technical and business impact
    • Collaborate with team members on UJET technologies and features
    • Successfully prioritize multiple open issues
    • Effectively communicate progress and status of escalated issues to internal and external stakeholders
    • Author new and edit existing technical articles
    • Be a member of the rotating on-call team.
