BRANCH RECRUITER DESCRIPTION:

• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to recruiter’s accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and candidate relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our workforce management solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Collaborate with sales team/branch manager to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• The desire to think outside the box and drive creative recruitment techniques

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Proven work experience as Recruiter or relevant role

·       Solid experience with ATS software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

·       Experience working with jobs boards (e.g., ZipRecruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder)

·       Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting and exceeding metrics goals with minimal supervision
