ULG Staffing/NSC Technologies is currently interviewing recruiters for our Indianapolis, IN locations. We are a rapidly growing staffing organization with over 30 offices throughout the United States.

Due to rapid growth and opportunity within the staffing industry, as well as our organization, we are in need of experienced recruiters in various locations, especially in Indianapolis. Recruit

We are looking for the following traits in our applicants:

• Ideal candidates demonstrate confidence and experience conducting phone interviews, screening sessions, and expert communication over the phone.
• Ability to develop new relationships with candidates through cold & warm calls.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ambitious attitude
• Ability to focus and maintain in an intense, up-tempo work environment.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based work environment.
• Professional level written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and long hours if necessary, during busy periods.

Employee will be responsible for but not limited to, the following:

• Interviewing, screening, and hiring skilled trades manpower nationwide.

• Exhausting all available resources, as well as creating innovative ways to identify and onboard skilled tradesmen.

• Conduct in-person interviews, phone interviews, and locating talent that is a mutually beneficial fit with the culture at ULG Skilled Trades

• Previous knowledge of skilled trades is not required - ideal candidate would have some sort of management or recruiting background.
