Job Description

We have an immediate opening a Customer Service Rep for a client in Lynnwood, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Help customers/clients with inquiries about products and configurations

· Process phone orders

· Send e-mails with tracking and product information

· Answer questions about products and services

· Provide customer support on products

· Follow up on key clients

· Help customers choose products and close sales on the phone

· Help with product shipment, inventory adjustments, etc.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service/inside sales role

· Comfortable wearing many hats

· Customer service oriented

· Able to resolve problems and work independently

· Electrical and/or lighting experience is a plus

· Phone sales and support experience

· Self-motivated, and organized

· Experience with Excel, Word (Work will be done mainly on computers)

· Being Able to lift 60lbs
