Job Description

We are hiring for a Warehouse Support Position for a client located in Lynnwood.

Job Requirements:

· Prior electrical or lighting experience required

· Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

· Customer service oriented

· Self motivated and organized

· Phone sales and support experience

· Ability to resolve problems and work independently

· Enthusiastic and engaging. Have the talent to build rapport with each customer to maintain positive client relations

· Inside Sales Experience a plus

· Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Help customers and clients with any questions or inquiries

· Process incoming orders via phone or email

· Respond to emailed questions or inquiries in a timely manner

· Provide customer service on products

· Follow up on clients

· Proactive mentality
