You will leverage your advanced skillset to become a financial services ninja in helping families with life insurance and retirement solutions. You will have access to thousands of families who have requested assistance with life insurance. You can work from anywhere and everywhere through ULife’s virtual system - all you need is a phone, computer, internet, and a brilliant personality. ULife celebrates uniqueness, and you will be treated uniquely: work hours, training, mentoring, tailored wellbeing plan, and more.

There are also current and future opportunities in both specialist and management roles for talented financial professionals who have a track record of success, or unique skills, work ethic, and attitude. OUR RETIREMENT SPECIALIST TRACK IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT SPECIALISTS MAKE $250,000+ AND ONE SPECIALIST IS ALREADY MAKING IN EXCESS OF $1,000,000. WE ARE LOOKING TO TRAIN OTHERS.

OUR BROKERAGE TRACK IS SPECIFIC FOR SPECIALISTS INTERESTED IN BECOMING BUSINESS OWNERS, WITH A VIEW TO BUILDING A SOLID BUSINESS IN MULTIPLE STATES, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ACQUISITION.

REQUIREMENTS

• State life insurance license (this will need to be current before starting in the position, however, it is not a prerequisite before the interview process)
• You love working with people
• Strong ethics and values
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Self-disciplined
• Self-confident

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High levels of success in previous insurance and retirement positions
• Securities license
• Previous phone, virtual and/or face to face direct sales experience
• High-level career success
• Business or commerce background
• Financial services experience
• Prior management or self-employment experience
• Travel and cultural exchange
