    Production Internship: Sales and Operations What Sets Us Apart At UMortgage, we have a customer-centric, service-based approach. What We Need The UMortgage team is looking for talented young professionals to be part of our Production Internship! Interns will rotate between our Sales and Operations teams to learn about gathering client data and helping move them through the entire loan process.  Production Interns will utilize customer service, detail-oriented and analytical skills to assist and improve the client experience and overall flow of the loan process. Responsibilities: • Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions to gain exposure to the team and cross-functional projects.  • Shadow and support client servicing efforts, including gathering account information and data related to specific client requests and inquiries. • Help maintain and update loan files, mortgage software platform, and tracking system. • Manage requested documents across multiple loans at one time. • Learn the process for gathering, ordering, and following up on necessary loan documents needed to move forward in the loan process. • Exemplify the UMortgage culture and principles by bringing your best every day.  • Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business, conducting research as needed. • Brainstorm, develop, and complete an Internship Program Project that will be presented to the company's leadership team. • Network and collaborate with current and future team members. • Work with other interns across multiple departments within the company to collaborate on one or more fulfillment-related internship projects. • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. Qualifications: • Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field   • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment • Possess superb customer service, listening, presentation, and communication skills • High level of adaptability, accountability, and analytical skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with high attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Suite Compensation: $15 hourly
