Responsibilities:

Setting up & sanitizing work stations

Setting up & stocking kitchen stations

Complete basic food prepping tasks with the ability to follow prep lists

Prepare menu items up to company food standards

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary

Comply with all food safety regulations

Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures

Ability to work on both the hot & cold line is a plus

Demonstrate a positive attitude & be able to work as a team

Attention to detail

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role

ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification required

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Excellent time management skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

Reliable Transportation

*English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
