Position Description: UNCO is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our fast-paced environment.
Our management team works closely together to build and train our hourly team who embody and live the UNCO spirit and culture. The position of the GM is one that embodies the definition of hospitality: The giving of oneself for the betterment of others. The GM will work closely with the pillar leads to push our team to create the best dining experiences possible for our guests.

Our brands include HG Sply Co, Standard Service, Hero, Leela's Wine Bar, Milli, Tina's Continental, and Culpepper Cattle Co. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who are interested in growing our company. We offer fun, dynamic work environments that foster creativity and hospitality. Applicant must be able to stand on their feet up to 8-12 hours a day and work 50-60 hour work weeks with 2 days off. Paid vacation and Health Insurance benefits are offered. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Grow Leaders
Weekly one-on-ones with each Pillar Lead
Each pillar has specific ways to meet expectations. Partner with each lead and guide them through each expectation in route to measured success.
Best in Class Execution
Takes the lead in coaching and teaching expectations through the captain’s checklist
Staffing - Project weekly sales and maintain staffing pars based on budget
Hold each pillar accountable for the execution through daily coaching and adherence to system
Profitability
Know your data
Study previous year history and current trends to project your days, weeks, periods
Send projections for each period for review
Ops statement actual vs budget review each week in ops statement
Communicates and facilitates plan to maximize all sales avenues
COG’s Managemen
Variance less than 2% of theoretical
Labor Management
Sign off on each department schedule before posting
Weekly sales and labor forecast updated for DOO approval Saturday prior to week start
