We're hiring for an experienced a Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will lead and manage the entire lifecycle of UNI recruiting and retention programs in an effective and efficient manner. He or she will provide the best possible experience for our healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute successful recruitment plans

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals assignments

• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities

• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals

• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent
• Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment
• Clinical, nursing or Healthcare Recruitment experience is a huge plus!
• 6 months to 1 year + experience as either a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator or Sourcer in a fast paced, full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisitions environment utilizing an Applicant Tracking System preferred and/ or experience in a human resources recruitment environment highly preferred.
