    SUMMARY:

    This role will be within the Data Analytics team of UNIFY. Our goal is to provide the UNIFY’s business users with reliable data and informational reports that will help in their decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for researching and identifying business insights to help drive product and business decisions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze different data sources, assess quality and business meaning of the data
    • Ability to deliver complex analysis/findings in a manner that conveys understanding, garners support for recommendation, and lays the foundation for data-driven business decisions for product management
    • Analyzing data with standard statistical methods, interpreting the results, preparing, and delivering presentations to describe trends, convey findings or make recommendations to improve products
    • Defining and suggesting useful key performance indicators. Uses data analytics tools to build new reports, visualizations, dashboards, and any additional ad-hoc requests
    • Build reports showing trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data that might be useful for the business users
    • Participating in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, study design, reporting methodology, and data analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to work well independently, collaborates with teammates, and influence across organizational boundaries
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of three to four years of related experience.
    • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
    • Experience with SQL Server queries.
    • Experience with BI tools like Power BI,Tableau etc.,
    • Data/Business analysis background. Experience in working a data analysis project from hypothesis to final interpretation
    • Analytical/Problem Solving mind.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Data science concepts
    • Python or R
    • Experience working in the financial technology industry.
