    Hey, Austin, we’re hiring! We’re looking for a sharp, tenacious, and downright awesome individual to join our team in Austin as a Support Technician. Our Austin office serves the entire North American region, so this is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a large variety of markets. We are out-of-the-box thinkers, and we’re looking for someone unique who fits in well with our crew. If you love the art of problem-solving, have a natural affinity for technology, enjoy digging into hard work, and thrive on making the impossible happen, you might be the support guru we’re looking for.

    The purpose of this role is to:

    • Support our merchants with any questions or issues that may arise related to their point of sale.- Keep a solid relationship with our merchant’s management and staff.- Document all correspondence between you and the customer.- Observe any possible issues and communicate those to the development team so we can get them resolved as quickly as possible.

    You’ll know you’re killing it when you know your merchants by name and your customers and teammates come to you for advice.

    On any given day, Support Staff will be expected to:

    Answer phone calls and emails from merchants.

    Properly document calls and related questions

    Work a rotating on call shift of nights and weekends with the other technicians.

    Provides answers to internal teams by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding teams through corrective steps.

    Build a relationship with the staff of the different venues.

    Does this sound like you?

    1-3 years experience in an support role.

    Experience with helping teams achieve goals, you’re a big fan of follow-up and are not afraid to manage to performance

    You’ve got a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding team goals.

    Exceptionally personable approach to problem-solving.

    You’re competitive, but you also understand the bigger picture and will work toward a shared vision.

    You thrive on a job well done and love the satisfaction of setting and smashing personal goals.

    You’re determined and a problem-solver, giving up is not in your toolkit.

    You're a night owl capable of assisting customers at 3am during your on call shift.

    Experience in Zendesk; Hospitality experience is a plus.
