UNION Point of Sale is searching for an entry-level Client Implementation Assistant. UNION is revolutionizing the bar industry with the easiest, smartest, and most cost-effective POS created. We specialize in increasing sales and decreasing frustration for bars and bar-restaurants.

Responsibilities include:- Interact with customers to gather information, provide implementation advice, and perform training and knowledge transfer (50%)- Initial configuration of system prior to installation (data entry, 50%)- Support various activities between clients, partners, and internal Union team- Prioritize among multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications:- Great communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to learn quickly- Ability to express confidence with clients while continuing to gain functional knowledge of products- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment- Service industry experience is a plus, but not required- Available 30-40 hours per week, during regular business hours
