You’ll be a part of building and evolving the supply chain platform through requirement collection, process design, business modeling, development and product launch. You will be among the team to lead the supply chain systems to become an industry leading platform that can easily launch in any warehouses and support any customers.Gather, update and document user and business requirements from operation teams and clients· Study and identify business issues to optimize process flow and improve efficiency· Review business requirements with product managers, development team to ensure the development meets the business needs and the company objective· Conduct data analytics, usability studies, and market research/analysis to be utilized in product requirement evaluation and as part of development process· Use clear requirement writings, process flow charts, and other tools to design solutions and communicate with development teams and users· Perform prototype testing to ensure all requirements have been met· Create manuals and instructions for projects and functions, and provide training sessions for users· Ensure the consistency in the business requirement development across the multi systems within the company from the platform perspective· Evangelize the company mission of using technology to build stronger, saferneighborhoods, and effectively release world-class products that grow and improve the platformDesired Skills and Experience· 2+ years in warehouse and logistics industry· 2+ years business analysis experience· Exceptional communication and presentation skills· Exceptional organizational, analytical and process improvement skills· Application User Interface Design experience and skill preferred· Thorough understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications· Knack for creating simple and delightful user interfaces, with the ability to generate examples through mock-ups and wireframes· Comfort working across the product development spectrum: ideation, strategy, concept work to pixel-level details and implementation· Previous experience in the social networking space is a plus· Visio, Jira, Axure or similar tools· BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business is preferredBenefits· Health insurance including medical, dental and vision· Paid vacation and company holidays· Paid Holidays
