We are looking for a motivated individual to become part of our accounting team!
We are an outdoor patio furniture company looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. are seeking an experienced bookkeeper who is a stickler for accuracy and has proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel. You will keep accurate records of both accounts payable and accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliations/ other duties require strong organization and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and flexibility.

Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping for wholesale and retail customers
· Customer Invoicing, A/R, and A/P management
· Bank Reporting
· Bank and other monthly account reconciliations
· Participation in monthly and year-end closing in collaboration with a tax accountant
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· 1+ years of bookkeeping/ accounting experience
· Great attention to detail
· Personable and gets along well with others
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks, and MS Office and good aptitude using computers and accounting/business-related software.
· AA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Benefits
· $16 hour, weekly pay
· Part-time: 20-30 hours a week Monday through Friday
