Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Applies knowledge about the insurance products and services to best meetcustomer needs.*2. Answers multi-line phone system in a timely and professional manner as neededthroughout the day and transfers calls to appropriate party.*3. Receives customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, mail or walk-in.*4. Processes client information as quickly as possible to enhance the agency'simage.*5. Accepts cash and credit payments from clients and processes according tointernal policy payment procedures.*6. Ensures complete and accurate client records making corrections and/ormodifications by contacting clients as needed.*7. Applies sound insurance knowledge in regard to products and services to best meet client needs.*8. Issues binders and certificates, change requests, processes endorsements and all required forms for clients and companies.*9. Reviews renewal policies for accuracy, recommends changes or improvements to the total account, and suggests or offers additional coverage or policies.*10. Processes applications and other required forms for submission on all newclients or transfers policies for existing clients.*11. Provides complete claims handling service for personal and/or commercial lines accounts as directed.*12. Completes questionnaires for new accounts or policies, rate coverages orpolicies.*13. Performs other duties as assigned.
