United Rotary Brush is a Lenexa, Kansas based manufacturer of specialty industrial brushes for the airport, road construction, street sweeping and plowing industries. Our Lenexa, KS, manufacturing facility ( **off I-435 & Lackman Road) ****** is looking for a Procurement Analyst that has the desire to help grow the company and focus on a quality-minded work environment. Procurement Analyst Job Summary
The Procurement Analyst is instrumental in determining supply needs; researching potential suppliers and supply market dynamics; and administering purchase orders and contracts. Oversees suppliers, test product samples, and document features and benefits of assigned products and services. The incumbent prepares cost-benefit analysis reports for management review and negotiates favorable contracts with selected vendors or suppliers. Provides monthly supply cost progress reports to management and teams and monitors demand for products to avoid supply disruption and excess inventory. Demonstrates a working knowledge of vendor and supplier-related updates and industry activities.

Procurement Analyst Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent analytical, decision-making, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Microsoft EXCEL skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize facts and prioritize, while working independently and in a team environment
Excellent skills in working with materials management (purchasing, inventory control, material planning) software, and a solid understanding of materials planning (MRP) principles.
Commodity Spend management and sourcing, preferred.

*Note: A $500.00 retention bonus will be paid to those eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 3 months of continuous employment with United Rotary Brush in their current qualified position. Eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 6 months of continuous employment in their current qualified position will receive another $500.00 bonus. The bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. Details of this program will be discussed at time of hire.
