Summary

The Power BI Analyst will be responsible for the development of analytics, business insights, designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for business Legal, Operations, Sales and Finance departments.

Essential Functions

• Work closely with IT and leadership teams to identify, develop, and implement analytics solutions
• Translate data into actionable insights
• Implement best practices for dashboard reporting to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Create appealing and interactive data visualizations to convey complex information effectively
• Work with 3rd party consultants and data warehouse teams to ensure data quality
• Power BI and SQL development

Required Competencies and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including data manipulation and pivot tables
• Experience with both BI and SQL development
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
• Solid mathematical or statistics background
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
