SUMMARY

This position maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. The specialist will also back up Small Package Shipping personnel to maintain operation excellence when necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Research, resolve and report all Inventory Discrepancies
• Responsible for shipping notices, orders and other records
• Process all RMA's from beginning to end
• Performs inventory adjustments as required
• Pull and ship small package orders as required
• Run shipping journals and reports as needed

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Forklift operator experience required
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or GSuite
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to do simple math
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of inventory/Cycle count/small package shipping experience in a warehouse environment
