UNLATCH, LLC is looking to hire Call Center Sales Specialists who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls from our database, along with taking inbound calls to/from customers who have expressed interest in our real estate services.

A successful specialist will be proficient in speaking/listening to our clientele, while entering information into the proprietary lead management system.

This role requires training in person in our Las Vegas, Nevada office for a minimum of 5 - 10 business days.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound company generated leads to appointments or real estate services by using organizational prescribed scripts and methodologies.

• Actively make outbound phone calls to explain the value of our services with a goal of escalating the call to the appropriate Preferred Service

Professional.

• Field inbound phone calls to determine client needs and advise them on appropriate actions that best serve them.

• Navigate our web-based computer system while entering data and fielding/conducting phone calls.

• Meet regularly with direct Supervisor(s) to provide and receive feedback on system processes and job performance enhancing overall personal and organizational success.

Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commission

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Computer/data entry skills; Detail oriented
• Self-motivated to achieve personal and organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work some non-traditional hours as needed (early evenings and weekends)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to identify and educate clients on the need and benefit of the services available to them
