We design athleisure clothing with versatility that takes you from the office to the gym, and often to the golf course.

We're seeking an experienced product developer to oversee product lines and develop seasonal apparel collections. Your objective is to curate seasonal collections and develop the most innovative athleisure products on the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop innovative products that coincide with UNRL brand aesthetic
• Curate line sheets for seasonal apparel collections
• Combine artistic talent with product and marketing research to identify trends and stay ahead of Athleisure industry
• Create product summary briefs for designer(s) and marketing team
• Manage project deadlines and finalize prototypes up to 12 months ahead of production cycle
• Work with manufacturers to develop tech packs to premium-quality finished garments
• Perform product costing analyses and work with supply chain to meet margin requirements
• Research & identify trends to stay ahead of Athleisure industry
• Create innovative new products and processes
• Review prototypes for quality, brand aesthetic, fit, functionality and intent
• Strategically source and manage both domestic and international suppliers
• Assist with executing photoshoots and marketing plans
• Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development or related field (clothing industry preferred)
• Keen eye for identifying quality textiles, trims, and workmanship
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional partners
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Experience with cost analyses and financial statements
• Ability to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Passion for sports and athleisure apparel is preferred.
