UPG is seeking a talented and passionate Material Handler to add to our third shift production team. The Compliance Auditor is responsible for providing support through the auditing of the compliance related to International Standardization Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 standard and the maintenance of UPG’s Quality Management System.     REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Plant Manager DIRECT REPORTS: None FLSA: Exempt Employees POSITION LOCATION: 7865 Northcourt Rd, Suite #100, Houston, Texas 77040 WEBSITE: www.upgintl.com ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Schedules and coordinates the internal audit plan and process annually.
    2. Performs scheduled and routine ISO-related audits.
    3. Communicate audit progress and findings by preparing reports, providing information in meetings.
    4. Collaborates with department managers to review / revise Procedures, Forms and Work Instructions as applicable.
    5. Participate in the Corrective Actions and root cause analysis process.
    6. Participates in handling customer complaints and effectiveness of suggested corrective / preventive actions.
    7. Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
    8. Addresses all the Regulatory Compliance requests such as REACH, ROHS, SCIP, Conflict Minerals and Cobalt.
    9. Coordinates with vendors on regular basis to handle the customers' compliance requests.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university or 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • ISO or another standardizing organization auditing experience
    • at least 4 years of experience in ISO9001:2015 standard and Regulatory Compliance requirements
