About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids Club Child Care Center of Livingston County as a UPK Teacher! This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative lesson plans that align with New York State early learning standards.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children's social and emotional growth.

Conduct regular assessments to track and support each child's development.

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to enhance children's learning experiences.

Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Engage children in hands-on activities and play-based learning.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Support the overall mission of Kids Club Child Care Center in providing high-quality early childhood education.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

New York State certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2).

Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth.
